A non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to secure your spot and will go toward the service. Booking, Canceling, and rescheduling are done by you the client through our booking site not through text or DM. Cancellation Policy: A 24HR notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You must cancel or reschedule your appointment on your own through the booking site. Failure to do so, will result in charging the card the remaining balance of the time slot booked Please plan your waxes around your cycle or insert a fresh tampon, Cancelling your appointment after the 12HR mark due to your monthly cycle will no longer be acceptable LATE POLICY ⏳ •7 minute grace period. No appointments accepted after the 7 minute mark, this means you must be in our chair within this time frame. At the 8 minute mark you will be noted as a no-show and card on file will be charged remaining balance of the time slot booked. Please respect our time as we are here to service you. No Show Policy: If you no show to your appointment without cancelling prior to your scheduled time of 24HRD. You will be charged a cancellation fee of the remaining balance of the time slot booked.
