A non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to secure your spot and will go toward the service. Booking, Canceling, and rescheduling are done by you the client through our booking site not through text or DM. Cancellation Policy: A 12HR notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You must cancel or reschedule your appointment on your own through the booking site. Failure to do so, will result in charging the card the remaining balance of the time slot booked LATE POLICY ⏳ •5minute grace period. No appointments accepted after the 5 minute mark, this means you must be in our chair within this time frame. At the 6 minute mark you will be noted as a no-show and card on file will be charged remaining balance of the time slot booked. Please respect our time as we are here to service you. No Show Policy: No shows are not acceptable or tolerated = Banned from rebooking. •By booking you agree with our policies and all sales are final.
